Will my stretch marks look worse by getting a BBL done? And will my skin stay saggy?

Dear gissellejasmine,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and tummy tuck. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...based on your photos and the exposed case, the ideal would be to consult with a certified plastic surgeon, who will evaluate you in person to see if your abdomen to throw a little if there would be elasticity for a tummy tuck and if not apply for a liposuction with bbl .

Based on your information and photos you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck along with liposuction and BBL.A tummy tuck will remove excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and restore the weakened abdominal wall, giving a firmer and smoother appearance.  Liposuction and BBL will sculpt the body 360 degrees to achieve an ideal feminine figure.  That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Hi, GisselleJasmine. Thank you for sharing your photos and questions. As you have observed, there be a higher chance of loose doing a BBL alone, without a tummy tuck, after having a baby. The additional looseness in the skin may make the stretch marks more noticeable but the BBL itself does not cause them to be larger. Looking at your photos, you would likely have more overall improvement in your figure with a combination TT & BBL. The TT would also address your loose skin, as well as remove some of the stretch marks.
