I've seen a few girls get a bbl done after having a baby and have had a slimmer waist yes but also kept the extra skin & their stretch marks looked even larger

As you have observed, there be a higher chance of loose doing a BBL alone, without a tummy tuck, after having a baby. The additional looseness in the skin may make the stretch marks more noticeable but the BBL itself does not cause them to be larger. Looking at your photos, you would likely have more overall improvement in your figure with a combination TT & BBL. The TT would also address your loose skin, as well as remove some of the stretch marks. In addition, the muscle tightening with a TT would help strengthen the abdomen, while providing more flattening and possibly further curving the waist.
