Hello and thank you for your question! It is hard to fully assess based on the photos you have posted. You are able to have liposuction a 5th time but it is important to see a surgeon in-person who specializes in this procedure to properly and fully assess you.Good luck
Thank you for your question and photos. Unfortunately, in your photos, clothing is covering up the area you are asking advice about. The more liposuction you have the more internal scarring. It also depends on the technique or if you had Smartlipo, Coolsculpting or poorly done lipo. You can have liposuction again, I would use the VASER to release the scarred areas and have better contouring. Your arms should be done at the same time.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
Dear Bbhollywood,if you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Liposuction more than once is very difficult because of the scar tissue that forms so having it a fifth time would likely yield very little fat and certainly not enough for a bbl. if you have not had lipo of your arms or legs then there may be fat there that can be used for a bbl but otherwise I doubt you will have much of a change.
