I started a strict diet about 6 months ago and have gone from 185 to 131 lbs. Due to the weight loss and after two pregnancies, I am in need of a tummy tuck and would ideally want a bigger butt and hips.. my BMI is 21 and I am 5’ 5” weight 131. Would BBL be a feasible option at my current weight? And is it recommended to do a BBL with a Tummy tuck?
Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

Answer: A tummy tuck and BBL Always speak with a board certified plastic surgeon about your medical history and expectations. Based on your photo and discription, you appear to be a candidate for a tummy tuck and butt lift at the same time. Keep your BMI in a healthy range so you can maintain your new look!Buttock Augmentation, or a Butt Lift, is a very personal procedure and you should do it for yourself, not for someone else. You may be a good candidate to receive a buttock augmentation if: You are physically healthyYou have realistic expectationsYou are bothered by the feeling that your buttock is too smallYou are unhappy with the roundness or general shape of your buttockYour buttock is asymmetrical

Answer: My BMI is 21 and I am 5’ 5” weight 131. Would BBL be a feasible option at my current weight? hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..evaluating your case and the photo exposed, ideally if you want to perform both procedures both abdominoplasty and bbl, the ideal would be that you do not diet and that on the contrary you eat more food and gain a little weight, since the bbl is with a liposuction that The patient undergoes the process of fat removal and we plastic surgeons collate and shape the buttocks giving shape and firmness, but if you do not have enough fat you can not complete the procedure more than the tummy tuck.but the ideal would be that you are evaluated in person with a certified plastic surgeon so he can give you indications of what you have to do and what procedures apply.

Answer: My BMI is 21 and I am 5’ 5” weight 131. Would BBL be a feasible option at my current weight? Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this close up frontal abdominal view, all I can say that you have loose skin with some fat and an umbilical hernia. Difficult to make a recommendation for a BBL when your back and side views are not posted. Yes, you can have a BBL and a tummy tuck at the same time. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
