Will my buttt get any bigger after healing from a BBL? 1 wk post op. (photos)

Thanks for the question and photos.  The simple answer is that no, your buttocks will not get any larger. It will actually get a little smaller.  Some of the fat that was transferred will breakdown and be reabsorbed and the swelling will also subside.   But... the appearance will still change dramatically.  You are very early in the healing process and it will take several more weeks for the swelling to subside and the skin to retract in the areas where the liposuction was done.  Specifically the lower back and hip rolls.  This will accentuate the shape and overall size of the buttocks once it does. 
Continue to follow your surgeons instructions and follow up with them as scheduled.

 Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.
