Why does my butt look like a cauliflower 3 weeks post butt fat transfer?

It looked ok from the start and smooth but in the last few days I noticed that it is looking more like what a cauliflower looks like, is this normal, or should I be worried, or will it settle? or will a touch up help with filling in the gaps and dimples with more fat? I am totally confused as it looks really ugly, I did accidently pressed hard on my bum while sitting on a table at work, would this have caused the fat to become out of place and I've disturbed it which is now unsettled?
