Spanx can temporarily move some fluid but cannot move fat. Numbness is "normal" after liposuction and in most cases will improve over time. Much more time is needed to appreciate the permanent changes.

Using the garment is very important for the healing process and is a factor that determinate your final result. Compression at this early phase of your procedure is mandatory. I recommend you to contact your PS and discuss with him your options about the garment and remember to follow always his/her instructions. Hope this is helpful. Good luck.-
