I tried (2) tubes of Sculptra in my upper cheeks 10 months ago in an effort to avoid additional tear trough injections. It worked until 1-1/2 months ago when the eyes started looking different so .5cc of Restylane was injected under each eye. The surgeon recommends skin pinch blepharoplasty with canthopexy since I have little fat. He contends by tightening the lower lid skin, the fat will be camouflaged. When I pull the loose skin towards the outer corner of my eye, he appears to be correct.
