Can a lower blepharoplasty be performed with filler in the tear trough and Sculptra in the upper cheeks?

In my opinion fillers in the eyelid area is a " no no". Either you need a blepharoplasty or you don't.

Tough to tell you what might be good without some pictures.  However the filler in the tear trough and face will not affect the surgery.  The inflammation of a surgery may make the tear trough filer absorb a little more quickly, but it can be redone in the future as needed.

It depends on the filler. If it contains HA it can be dissolved with an enzyme shortly before the surgery to help the final decision. Sculptra does not dissolve with the enzyme. The retained volume depends on the time interval between the injection and the contemplated blepharoplasty. Usually most of the volume is gone within a year of injection.

because of the longlasting fillers present below your eyes, it will be difficult to assess accurately the status of your lower lids. Undergoing blepharoplasty at this time may not be in your best interest.

The presence of some remaining filler should, in general, not compromise the outcome of the lower lid blepharoplasty but a consultation would be necessary to make a specific recommendation.

Without an examination I cannot comment on what would work with you. However, generally I am not a fan of pinch Blepharoplasty in the presence of tear troughs. They generally require taking the muscle off the orbital rim and rolling the fat over the rim. Otherwise, the result does not generally last.
