Your orbit has healed by now. You may want to visit your surgeon for a complete analysis of the results. You may need a bleaching cream to reduce the hyperpigmentation (darkening under the eyes).
Best to see you surgeon. From the photo, it appears you are healing well. Numbness and pain can take months to resolve. As long as you are getting better, that's a good sign.
When I look at your photograph, I can see that the left eye sits well back from the position of the right eye. This is called enophthalmos. I wonder if you had the orbital floor adequately reduced. This is something that is easily determined on a CT scan. I recommend that you consult an oculoplastic surgeon who can assess what you need. The American Society for Ophthalmic Plastic and Recostructive Surgery maintains a directory on their website that can help you find a well qualified surgeon close to home.
It looks like you have hemosiderin deposition in your skin. This is a blood product that can cause extended skin darkening anytime there is a severe bruise. The residual pigmentation will gradually fade, but this can often take a year to resolve completely. Fractures take many months (more than 3) to heal. If the tenderness is slowly getting better, there is probably nothing to worry about. If it is not getting better, you should see your doctor again for a repeat evaluation.

The thinness of eyelid tissues can retain swelling and tenderness for some time after orbital pattern fractures. The bruising represents hemosiderin staining (iron from blood cells) and can take a long time to completely go away. This is a process that can take up to six months or longer for complete resolution of all symptoms.
Everyone has eye asymmetry. Lack of sleep can affect the eyes in other ways, but it won't make one eye smaller than the other. Sometimes the eyelid can droop, however, and this can give the look of a smaller eye.Consult with board-certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon for an...
It is unusual to have it come apart so many days after the surgery. The dissolvable sutures will usually dissolve after anywhere from 5-12 days depending on what type were used. That normally allows enough time for the wound to heal. If there was an excessive...
Eyelid veins can safely and effectively be treated with either intense pulsed light or laser but it is a highly skilled laser treatment and I recommend you see a dermatologist like myself with this laser expertise. In addition, eyelids can be safely treated with other lasers or devices for...
It's normal to have some asymmetry after blepharoplasty as you are healing. In your photo, it looks like you have ptosis of your left upper eyelid. Without examining you in person, it is tough to tell if this is from swelling or a weak muscle. Your best option would be to wait...
We never do these surgeries with general anesthesia in my practice. Local with some sedation is all that is needed for a comfortable surgery. If it is just lids they can even be done with straight local anesthesia.
Well done blepharoplasty should never look like you had surgery. It should provide a rested and refreshed look and look similar to photos of you a few years ago. Never use Hollwood personalities as an example. They live in a world of unreality. Some of the absolute worst cosmetic surgery we see...
