Can I have a c-section through my keloid tummy tuck scar? (Photos)

Your OB/Gyn will determine if she will use the tummy tuck scar or create a new incision for your c-section. Either would be fine Once fully healed you can consider a scar revision if you are wanting to improve the look of the old tummy tuck scars. You should have improved results as the skin won't be stretched as tightly as it was immediately after your surgery.

Your OB will make the final determination as to where the incision needs to be. From the perspective of a two year old scar, there should be no issue with going through the old scar. Alternatively they could cut the old scar out on the way in, and then re-close.
