Are there topical creams that can be used to minimize the appearance of forehead scars? (photo)

Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. You have options of peels, laser treatments, dermabrasion and finally surgical revision as options for your scars. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.

I don't think you'll have much improvement from topical ointments or creams. You can consider treatments such as Morpheus8. This combines microneedling with RF technology to improve overall skin tone and texture. The optimal results come after three treatment sessions.

Hi, this scar is too deep to be helped with a cream. It needs to be treated by a technique that evens out the skin contour. This could be dermabrasion or laser resurfacing. It may need more than one go as well as it can be hard to get a good contour immediately. It will always be there to some extent and any treatment will make it better not perfect.I hope that helps.
