Because hyaluronic acid is a natural humectant capable of holding 1,000 times its own weight in water, this ingredient should be applied first before your moisturizer. Topically, hyaluronic acid serums are much more potent and can penetrate into the skin deeper. If you are looking for a product recommendation, we recommend SkinCeuticals H.A. Intensifier. This product is a multi-functional corrective serum that reduces the look of crow’s feet, nasolabial folds (parenthesis around the mouth or laugh lines) and marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth down to chin) for smoother, firmer skin. Clinical studies demonstrate that this product significantly improved the appearance of plumpness and firmness. This can be used on the entire face, under eyes, and on lips
I would recommend using your HA cream on clean skin before any other creams. Hope this helps.
if you mean HA cream then it doesn't make any real difference. There is some evidence to suggest HA creams diffuse across the skin barrier but in such low volumes that its not worth the extra expense over normal hydrating cream like e45Sorry to tell you that but at least you can save yourself some money for botox which is sure to work for wrinkles. hope that helps. Your regimen should be in this order:1. Cleanse 2. eye serum/gel3. face serum 4. moisturizer 5. sun blockAs far as hyaluronic acid: many serums contain hyaluronic acid-- the ingredient of most dermal fillers. This works as a great glide for microneedling. However, please keep in mind that the skin does not absorb hyaluronic acid and put it into the dermis-- if it did we wouldn't need to inject fillers! My recommendation is to use a good face serum with Vitamin C and/or anti-oxidants in it. Serums vary and some are best for dry skin while some are better for oily skin. It is best to design your skin care regimen based on your Skin Type. I use the Baumann Skin Type, as it is the only scientifically validated system.
Hi there,Hyaluronic acid based skin care products should be the first thing applied to freshly cleansed skin. You want the moisturizing properties to be absorbed by the skin without any barriers.
