I am 40 years old with a bony sternum, and sensitive skin. Which course of action to take to treat my problems: vascular spots, and paper thin skin with creases. Fat transfer? Injectibles? Hyaluronic acid?Platelet Rich Plasma?Cutera?V-beam? What to start with? Heartfelt thanks.

Fat transfer containing stem cells is very helpful for softening these angulated depressed areas of the sternum/clavicle.A  secondary benefit is improvement of skin quality ,especially with the stem cells.We also combine PRP with the fat transfer to add more growth factors.I think you will get a nice result!
