MCTD and breast implants - is it safe for me to have this procedure?

I have mctd and currently on no meds. My disease is quiet but my blood tests show positive RNA antibodies. I have been worse in my disease in the past and have shown a more clinical picture of lupus during my pregnancies. is it safe for me to have a breast augmentation?

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your option of tightening the pocket on the lower side. do wear underwire bras for now and avoid pushing the breast down and out as well.
