Over the muscle implants without lift, will this get me to my goal? Increase cup size while maintaining natural look. (photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. You already have great natural breast tissue so whether or not it is over or under, will still feel natural. Some pros to sub muscular implants is several; 1) under the muscle add more support to the implant so the weight of the implant is not just supported by the skin and tissue it will be supported by the muscle, 2) less risk of capsular contracture, 3) less visible rippling. A con of sub muscular implants in your case would be that you would need a lift. If you were to go above the muscle you wouldn't need a lift but keep in mind that over the years, the implant can bring the your own natural tissue lower due to weight and gravity. Its really up to you and how you want the implants to sit and how to maintain that appearance over time. Just on your wish pic alone seems like over the muscle would best match that photo.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Since your breasts sag, you need a lift, especially to achieve upper breast fullness. Otherwise, you will just have larger and still sagging breasts.

This may be acceptable to you, based upon the wish pix.A lift will place the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position, will eliminate excess skin and will conify the shape of the breasts, a perkier outcome. With deflation, the skin envelope is unchanged, but breast volume has decreased.
