That actually sounds a little small based on your stats and photos- I would think a little larger in the 400-450cc range would probably look better and be better proportioned.

Hello, thank you for your question. In order to find an appropriate breast implant size, we usually take a measurement of the the breast width on one side. Based off of that we give you a spectrum of sizes from smallest to the highest you can go to look proportional to your frame. The best way to have a definitive size match is to have a consultation with your plastic surgeon . Based on these photos you appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation; volume of 350 ml. will give you 1,5-2 cups sizes. My recommendation would be full or high profile implant. Good luck.

Sizing needs to be done in person to assure you are getting the implant size that meets your goals. I do this with implants in a bra, some use computer imaging.
More cohesive gel implants make sense to avoid significant rippling, particularly if the implants are placed above the muscle.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. In general, I find because of wider chest wall you would need more volume to get better cleavage and with 350cc you’ll likely not have as much cleavage as 400 or even 450cc moderate profile implants. It is best to of course have a consultation and undergo 3-D imaging to visualize your postop results with different sizes. This can be done virtually.

Thank you for the question and photos and size is an individual decision based on measurements and putting implants in a bra till you see the volume on your chest that you like. Then your surgeon can pick the best shaped implant for you at that volume. So go on some consultations with experts and compare recommendations after sizing

From your photos, you appear to have minimal-moderate breast tissue. There is no significantly lax skin.
One can add any volume your chest skin envelope can accommodate without compromising circulation. That is difficult to assess from 2 dimensional photographs.
350 cc implants with a BWD of 14 or so cm will most likely provide increased volume well within safety parameters. If placed under male musculature, a slightly smaller BWD is recommended. Mentor moderate profile 350 cc silicone, cohesive 1 implants have a BWD of 13.4 cm.
One can achieve more cleavage with a higher profile implant.
You may wish to discuss your objectives further with your plastic surgeon to ensure you are on the same page.
