Over 1 year since filler was done - can lumps in smile lines and lip area be from migration? (photos)

Hi! I really need your help. I haf fillers in my smile lines over a year ago and never had any issues. I Also have hypothyroid . My face has been more swollen recently and aldo i have this lump(swollen are) by my lip and smile lines. What could it be? :(

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You would require one syringe of filler under your eyes to treat the darkness. Restylane is the best choice for this area. Find an expert in the slightly more risky area. Good luck,

You can consider having the Restylane dissolved if you are unhappy with the treatment, but the Radiesse is not an HA filler and cannot be dissolved. For that you will need to wait for it to be metabolized naturally.

You may want to consider having all of the lip filler dissolved and allowing the area to fully heal. You could then have additional treatment in the future. Discuss your concerns with an experienced injector. It may be best to try a different filler for the follow up treatment.
