Straighten crooked nose - can I make my nose like the second picture? (photos)

Hi I am a female of turkish descent, I'd like a rhinoplasty to straighten my crooked nose, make it thinner and i also want to push in the tip but I don't know if it is possible. I haven't seen anyone do it. But on the tip it's soft tissue so can they remove it and just make my profile straight like my second photo ?

Good day angeliiidede, thank you for your question. Although it is difficult to do a full evaluation with one photo i believe you can benefit from an open structured rhinoplasty. This technique allows for the correction of the dorsum, straightening of the entire nose and to modify the tip.

Hi, all physical deformities of any part of the nose can be fixed with surgeries.  If a certain part is too big, it can be made smaller.  If another part is too small, it can be made larger.  If the nose is deviated, it can be straightened.  There is no deformity of the nose that surgery cannot improve.

What can a rhinoplasty do for your nose? Unfortunately the pictures you show are not sufficient to give you a specific answer. However in general a Rhinoplasty can reduce the length and projection of the nose. A Rhinoplasty, or a rhinoplasty in conjunction with a septoplasty can mostly correct crookedness and asymmetry, although some residual cookedness sometimes persists. A Rhinoplasty can also make a nose thinner if that is desired, and can reduce the projection of the tip if necessary.

Hello dear, thank you for your question.It is not possible from your pictures to give you a straight answer. If your nose is corbin ( droopy tip and closed lip-columela angle) it can surely be done, and a caudal septum shortening and tip rotation can possibly solve the problem.
