I have an open rhinoplasty in 2020 and now I feel like while my side profile is great, the frontal view of my face is pretty messed up. My nose is swept to the side, one nostril is higher, and most curiously, the sides where my nose meets my cheek is so weird I can’t even fully explain what I see when i look, it’s bumpy? Wide but pinched at the middle? I don’t even know. Does anyone have some suggestions as to what can be done so I don’t look deformed like this? My surgeon says it’s “gorgeous”

Hi, your nose seems proportional, although it has a little asymmetry.  You have to compare to the before photos, and I bet you would see the same asymmetry (one nostril highter then the other...)  The nostrils might be high and show more due to scarring.  A rim graft can help in this case.  I would wait for a year and a half after your surgery and then do a revision if it still bothers you.
