Is my factor 8 activity good enough to get a Rhinoplasty without recommended hematologist/hospital stay? (photo)

I attached my lab results where I went through DDAVP/Desomopressin challenges/presurgery tests and numbers from spine/disc/laminectomy surgery. They say I respond well to the DDAVP &was in good range with the medicine throughout My hematologist made me stay in hospital after the procedure to check my factor 8, shown in attached labs which felt excessive Would a DDAVP iv during & after be enough? Do I need a hema? Is the risk of bleeding after the ddavp wears off really that high?
