I'm from MA &found the perfect ent in NJ to do my septorhinoplasty Have a MA hematologist who is a nervous person in general. Despite having a septoplsty in2006 &spine surgery2017with DDAVP(clot medicine)given by just the anesthesiologist no hema present. She wants me to hire a hematologist out ofpocket in NJ to be at the Ents private surgery office DURING the surgery.should I find a new hematologist w my insurance to get a different opinion/recommendation?How would you handle a VW patient?

Hi, your nose seems proportional, although it has a little asymmetry. You have to compare to the before photos, and I bet you would see the same asymmetry (one nostril highter then the other...) The nostrils might be high and show more due to scarring. A rim graft can help in this case. I...
