Too much space in between breasts, no upper pole fullness. Are my implants to small - 300cc and 285cc Motiva? (Photos)

No upper pole fulness: round implants fail to fill up that area, anatomical shaped ones offer an upwards extension added to the round core shape, hence providing plentiness of top chest fullness.

Too wide cleavage space: the dimensions, let me insist... not the cc's (that's absolutely irrelevant)... the horizontal dimensions in mm are awfully chosen, you need at least 20-25 mm wider implants, so total 40-50 mm closer cleavage is due here.

Do seek the advice and services of a surgeon with a 3D modelling when planning breast augmentation and not a mere mass increaser, of course request modernt top-notch anatomical shaped, textured and cohesive gel filled implants.

Given your desire for a natural appearance with improved cleavage, upper pole fullness, and lateral volume , revisiting your implant selection is reasonable. While your initial choice of 285cc and 300cc implants may have suited a conservative goal, the lack of upper pole fullness and wide intermammary space suggest that a slightly larger implant with a broader base and moderate projection may provide better balance. A Motiva 375cc with an 11.75 cm base may add volume, but the smaller base might not optimize your breast width of 12.5 cm. On the other hand, a Demi 360cc implant with a 12.25 cm base may better match your natural dimensions and allow more lateral and medial fill without excessive projection. Choosing projection should be guided by your tissue characteristics, skin elasticity, and how much forward projection you're comfortable with. A full-profile implant doesn’t always look “unnatural” if the base width is appropriate.

Your should have listened to your surgeon in the first place. The choice of implant is the surgeons choice based on years of experience. The "look" you desire is your input.
