10 year old high-profile round breast implants. How can I replace implants and improve shape without a lift? (Photos)

Hi, I'm 32 years old, Mediterranean skin, 1.73 m / 5’7”, 59 kg, athletic build with prominent chest bones (sternum). I had high-profile round breast implants 10 years ago (455cc & 495cc), completely under the muscle. They have bottomed out and fluff, which I don’t mind because they are not saggy—I cannot fit anything under them and they still hold shape and jiggle, which I like. One implant is now broken, so I need a replacement. I currently have a 32 D/DD and like my size but would like slightly more upper fullness. My hips are slightly wider than my top, so I could go slightly bigger while keeping an hourglass shape. I’m active, do yoga, and want implants that maintain shape with movement. I consulted three doctors via Instagram, all suggested either an anchor lift with same-size implants or much larger implants (600–700cc) with an internal bra. I do not want a lift or visible scars. I could consider slightly bigger implants and an internal bra if it gives me the result I want, like the IG model with my preferred look. I added another IG model with fluffy implants— NOT my preferred look but happy if it allows me to skip a lift. 600–700cc seems too large for me. Q: 1. Any alternative way to replace my implant and achieve slight upper fullness without a lift or scar? 2. Do I need to go 600cc, or could I go smaller? 3. Which is best for me—high profile or moderate-high profile—based on my preferred IG model & active lifestyle?
