I got a breast lift 3 years ago, but lost 40lb since then. I’m 5’8 150lb and I feel my breasts are too small for my frame & height, and there is no upper fullness. I want that fake look very badly but do not have it. I really would like to avoid another lift. What would my other options be? I have 205cc above the muscle implants currently.

I agree your implants are absurdly narrow and probably too small for any woman going for breast augmentation; I strongly recommend anatomical shaped ones, because the round ones DO NOT fill up the upper pole of the breasts, something the anatomical shaped ones were made for.

Secondly, being true you can opt for just renewing and upgrading the implants, I believe you'd get great reward by revisioning the whole breast lift pattern, there is margin to improve things.

You would benefit from explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
