I have previously had cheekbone and jawbone reduction and because of that my face is sagging unnaturally. I’m wondering what could be done to lift the mid face the most dramatically. I’m thinking about endotine midface lift? Those spikes does look scary though. Is it a very risky procedure? I would only allow it to be performed through the temples btw. Or is there another better way to sort of fixate the muscles in a higher more natural position?

It is definitely time for a lower face/neck lift and be sure to get Morpheus/Chem peel at the same time to make the whole face, neck and chest look rejuvenated. Do it under local and see amazing safe results right away. A deep peel won't accomplish enough on its own.
You should never go cheap and use an inexperienced doc when it comes to face/neck lifts. You need so many things fixed and it can be done correctly all at once but you need someone who really knows what they are doing.
