How to fix lumps under chin --- from lower facelift revision
Answer: Lumps after surgery In general most incisions have lumps early on after surgery. They are usually from the absorbable sutures used to close the incisions. They get more prominent in the first several months after surgery as your body brings in cells to dissolve the sutures. This is also why incisions get more pink over the first several months before starting to fade. Scar massage, sun avoidance and silicone strips all help the process but the best solution is time

Answer: Sometimes its time to just get it done right by the right doc. You should never go cheap and use an inexperienced doc when it comes to face/neck lifts. You need so many things fixed and it can be done correctly all at once but you need someone who really knows what they are doing.

Answer: Revision Facelift Scars Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for posting your photos and question. Under the chin the scar appears to be raised, and likely firm to touch. You can massage the area and apply silicone gel. I would suggest follow-up with your surgeon who may also recommend intralesional steroid injections. If your earlobes are not naturally attached (as shown in the photo), this would be considered a pixie ear deformity. That can be corrected with a simple office procedure. In any case, I would recommend seeking the advice of your revision surgeon first to help manage these issues. Best,Dr. Tower

Answer: Intralesional Anti-Inflammatory Injections Can Shrink & Flatten Hypertrophic Scars At least from the photos provided, these appear to be post-surgical hypertrophic scars. If indeed so, then the use of intralesional injections of anti-inflammatory agents, such as triamcinolone or betamethasone, can be used to shrink and flatten them. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certfied cosmetic physician and best of luck.
