Dissolving fillers under the eyes after blepharoplasty

I had lower blepharoplasty (mid-facelifting) 6 months ago. I was told there was a bit of filler still remaining and needed to be dissolved by hyaluronidase so my final result would be perfect (there's a bit of lump under eyes). Filler has been many years ago (like 7 yrs ago). My question is, will it have a side effect after the injection ? Am 52 y.o. I am worried it will left my under eyes wrinkled after the injection. :( thank you.

A deep plane facelift is an ideal procedure for rejuvenating the lower face. To achieve a balanced and natural result, I also recommend combining it with a neck lift.
