Enlarged chin after Chin Implant removal - how can I make my chin smaller? (photos)

Hi, I'm a 38 yo woman who had a chin implant removed 2 years ago. It was a medpor implant and it was in for 8 months. I want my old chin back that was more pointy. Can I make my chin smaller somehow? I was thinking about threads to lift the skin but it's like there is too much soft tissue that needs to be removed. How can this be done?? Greatful for answers! /Jeanette

Some additional photos would be helpful. A small customized silicone chin implant placed in the center would make your chin more pointy. It doesn't look like you have too much soft tissue in the center. If the original reason for the chin implant was lack of projection then a small implant would help that as well.
