Right breast moves horizontally and it feels very uncomfortable

Question

When I do any type of movement, the rigtht breast moves and shakes much more than the left side. It feels very uncomfortable because it is like a rock moving inside me, as if the right implant is not attached. I dont feel like mine. On the other hand, the left one is perfect, not discomforts and it feels like mine. The right side moves horizontally and it is visible in videos. Surgery was done 11 months ago. Weight:62kg, height:1.59m, age:22, woman, implants: mentor extra smooth 380cc.

It is unusual for the implant to feel “detached” from the breast so long after surgery. If it feels more solid than the other side and is causing discomfort, it would be a good idea to see your surgeon for an assessment.

The breast should not feel rock-hard after augmentation, as this may indicate the presence of capsular contracture around the implant. The appropriate management will depend on whether your implants are placed under or over the muscle. Additionally, if the implant is shifting to the side, it suggests that the pocket and surrounding breast tissue may need extra support. This can often be addressed with the use of a dermal graft or synthetic mesh. It's important to ensure your plastic surgeon has experience with these types of revision procedures. In the meantime, wearing a well-fitted, supportive bra can help provide some temporary relief.
