How will hot saunas affect implants?

I am not aware of any data to suggest that a sauna will affect an in vivo implant.

Medical grade silicone can withstand temperatures much hotter than can be achieved in a sauna by a large margin (upwards of nearly 500 degrees F).

I am not sure where this "urban legend" started, but I can say without a doubt that this is ridiculous. Breast implants are made of medical-grade silicone, which can withstand temps of almost 400 degrees. Even the hottest of the hot sauna may get up to 175 degrees, but you are not even half way there. Go enjoy life and don't believe things you read online.

Breast implants do not melt in a hot sauna. Implants are in your body and before any heat can damage them, your skin will feel the heat and may burn.

Being in a hot environment does not mean your body is going to get significantly hotter in regards to core temperature.
Your body cannot tolerate being over 104° for very long. Period
Even being in hot environment. Your implants will probably never get above 106°.
There's no correlation with implant damage from being in hot environments.
