5’5, 125 pds. I wear a 34b. 33 years old I want my lift and top volume to my breast but I don’t want big breast. I like being petite. Please tell me what is recommended. I would like to stay my size essentially. Just want to be more lifted. Oh, and I don’t want a breast lift because of the scars. Doja cat really scarred me with that one haha Also I’ve had no kids, if that’s any say. I might want some in the future tho. What should I do???

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Breast implants in your situation will provide projection, volume and 1-2cm of lift. This is ideal if you don’t want a formal lift procedure (along with its scars) and understand that this is not as meaningful of a lift as the actual mastopexy procedure.

Patient concerns regarding the appearance of their breasts can typically be divided in two pools: volume, ptosis (droop). The procedures to address these issues are as different as the issues themselves. However, these concerns are not mutually exclusive. Many patients, whether they are aware or not, will benefit from both.
There are two factors which can help to answer the question of which surgery will deliver the most satisfying result: mastopexy, augmentation or both. Patients must first consider the position of the NAC (nipple areolar complex i.e. the pigmented portion of the breast) as it relates to the inframammary crease. If the nipples are at or below the level of the crease the patient may benefit from a lift or mastopexy. The breast lift is designed to elevate sagging breasts to a more youthful position. It also helps to reshape and tighten the skin of the breasts. This is typically accomplished via a periareolar (around the nipple) incision with or without a vertical incision. 
Mastopexy is an effective way to address sagging breast, however, the changes which accompany weight loss or pregnancy can also decrease volume of the breasts. When a woman wants the volume restored, or increased, a breast augmentation will also be needed in conjunction with mastopexy. Augmentation can help restore the volume loss which is well known to women following children. There are a number of options available to women considering augmentation ranging from size and implant type to access incision.   
A breast augmentation alone may also be appropriate if ptosis is mild. If the patient is comfortable with the natural appearance of the breasts but desires them to be larger, a breast augmentation alone is the right procedure.  Augmenting significantly ptotic or sagging breasts tends to magnify the problem. In these cases, a mastopexy performed in conjunction with an augmentation is preferred.
With regards to your specific question, while I can understand the urge to avoid scars but at its core this is a trade off. If you want your breasts lifted...you will need a lift. Based upon your photos alone, an augmentation will be inadequate.
There is a procedure for every problem. To determine which technique is right for you, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon Patient should discuss their concerns with their physicians in order to make an educated decision.

Due to the degree of ptosis you have, using implants alone may weigh the breasts down further. Ideally, to achieve the lift and added volume you're looking for, an anchor-style breast lift would be necessary. This approach will provide the best and most long-lasting results. Without the lift, the breasts will likely remain the same shape&mdash;just larger and fuller at the bottom.

If your goal is to be perkier like in your wish pics, then a breast lift would be the most suitable option. Implants alone would not be sufficient, particularly since your nipples appear to be at or just below your breast fold.

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Thanks for your question! If you want lifted breasts, then you will need a breast lift. Otherwise, you just have to accept that your breasts may be a little droopier than some other women you see. Good luck!

Many women are afraid of breast lifts because of the ugly vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For that reason, an alterative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Is this a joke? You want smaller, lifted breasts but don't want a breast lift? It's not happening. If you are thinking liposuction your thinking is incorrect. You have too much skin and likely not much tissue in your breasts that can be liposuctioned. How other people scar is irrelevant to you. The only way is a breast lift.

Thank you for your question and photos. An evaluation in person would be required to make precise and specific recommendations to you but based on your photos it appears that your goals can be met with a breast lift alone. If your breast size and upper pole fullness are not quite achievable with your existing breasts a very small implant can be inserted at the same time.

Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics seem to align with your own. It is possible that more than one consultation may be necessary for you to feel confident about moving forward.
