What is this one my nose? (Photo)

For the past 6 months ive developed a lump on the csrtlidge of my nose. This seems to come and go and is more visable sometimes than others. This started after i had a pimple on my nose. What could this be?

It is likely that you have a blocked gland or some epidermis got under the skin and it will need to be removed.

Since this started as a pimple, it's conceivable that you have an epidermal inclusion cyst in this area. If that is the case, depending on your examination, it may be drained with a needle.
