I have tried out the Accuvein and similar devices and have not found them as helpful as I thought they would be. I find slow, low pressure injection, and microcannulas are best for minimizing bruising.

Thank you for your question and for providing pictures.  There might be a probability that filler can come out during the extractions however, it would be best to discuss this with your injector.  Your injector would be in a better position to answer your question.  Hope this helps.
