Hi so I got a facial recently and he was extracting my pimples. He used a needle to pop them. And when he did my cheek where I have a little filler he said that it came out like a gel substance he'd never seen before. My first thought was omg was that my filler. It left a little hole it's only been a day or two and it's sore more than my usual extractions are. Is that by any chance even possible or am I just overthinking this. I posted a picture of the after and what it looked like before.
