Do all doctors use AccuVein when injecting dermal fillers?

I have had fillers injected in my nasolabial folds as well as marionette lines by two very experienced Boston doctors in the past, both used a vein finder machine. I feel more comfortable with doctors that use them. now since I want to look for a different doctor for fillers ( for a variety of different reasons), is it safe to assume that ALL good doctors would use a vein finder before injecting into the patient‘s face?

Hi @BeachMama321. I typically use Restylane or Voluma hyper-diluted in the tear trough area with a cannula. Versa is not typically recommended. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Thank you for your question and for providing pictures.  There might be a probability that filler can come out during the extractions however, it would be best to discuss this with your injector.  Your injector would be in a better position to answer your question.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing. May be related to product used and/or technique and/or your pre-existing anatomy - was a cannula or needle used? Best to discuss with injector and reassess within 1-2 weeks.
