Can I still have tummy tuck surgery with nasal congestion?

The most important person to speak with about your
symptoms is your surgeon.  Contact their office to see what they advise as each surgeon has their own set of guidelines
they follow prior to surgery.  If your ENT doctor has
cleared you, then you should be fine to proceed.  It
may just be seasonal allergies.  You can also
speak with a pharmacist who will be able to suggest something to help with the
congestion.

If your sinus "congestion" is actually a sinus infection, then that should be treated and cleared up prior to surgery.  If it's just a little nasal stuffiness, and your ENT is satisfied with your situation, then you should be fine for surgery as far as that is concerned.  All the best,

A stuffy nose is not a problem. But if you have headache, fever or green colored nasal discharge that would be a reason to postpone surgery.
