I had a rhinoplasty 5 years ago and my nose looks ok when I am not smiling, however when I smile with my teeth showing, my nose looks twice as wide. I have thick skin, but my doctor said that the swelling would go down after 2-3 years and did not use steroid injections. It's been around 5 years and I really dislike how round my nose looks when I smile. Would I be able to have injections in my nasal tip or is it too late? is there any nonsurgical way to fix my nose or should i get a revision
