Does the face stop growing when the body stops as well?

Because my body is done growing, would that mean my face is done growing? I stopped increasing in height two years and a half ago, and my face has only had incredibly minor changes.

It is generally considered that facial growth, in particular nose, is completed for girls at age 15 and boys around 18. Facial growth is usually completed few years earlier than body growth. Hope this helps.

Does the face stop growing when the body stops growing? The face actually stops growing for the most part before the rest of your body stops growing. Different parts of the face mature at different times. The ears are almost fully formed by age 6. The nose is generally fully formed in a female by age 15 and in a male by age 16, though some growth of the rest of the body will continue.
