Can a dip on a nose after surgery happen to every surgeon?

Can a dip on a nose after surgery happen to every surgeon? Or is it like a bad sign/red flag and i should avoid going to the doctor. I liked this one surgeon a lot but two people said they had a really small dip on her. What's your opinion about this?

It is generally considered that facial growth, in particular nose, is completed for girls at age 15 and boys around 18. Facial growth is usually completed few years earlier than body growth. Hope this helps.
