Will my previous facial fat graft affect my rhinoplasty?

I've got a fat graft procedure to the face a month ago. I'm planning to get a rhinoplasty in the near future. Will I have to take the fat out? Will it affect the outcomes of my rhinoplasty in any ways? Or can I just leave the fat there by itself and continue with rhinoplasty as per usual?

This should not significantly impact your rhinoplasty, with the exception of a few areas such as your chin/etc. as that can alter some angles of your nose to the rest of your face. I would at the very least get the record of how much fat was injected where to provide to your surgeon.

Facial fat grafting and rhinoplasty: The facial fat grafting should have nothing to do with the rhinoplasty. You do not indicate where the fat grafting was, but I presume it was either your cheeks or chin or nasaolabial creases or other places than the nose. If the locations are other than the nose there should be no interaction.
