Bump ten months after rhinoplasty - advice? (photos)

Hi, I had rhinoplasty ten months ago. Everything went well. I didn't have any complications. It was successful operation. But unfortunately last couple of weeks there is a bump appeared on my nose. Sometimes I have a very bad pain there and it hurts ves me headache as well. Doctor removed the hump. I had open rhinoplasty. The dorsal hump looks very bad. Please can you advise me , what's this? Thank you in advance. I very appreciate your help.

It is generally considered that facial growth, in particular nose, is completed for girls at age 15 and boys around 18. Facial growth is usually completed few years earlier than body growth. Hope this helps.
