Bump ten months after rhinoplasty - advice? (photos)

Hi, I had rhinoplasty ten months ago. Everything went well. I didn't have any complications. It was successful operation. But unfortunately last couple of weeks there is a bump appeared on my nose. Sometimes I have a very bad pain there and it hurts ves me headache as well. Doctor removed the hump. I had open rhinoplasty. The dorsal hump looks very bad. Please can you advise me , what's this? My guess is that you did not have enough of the hump removed, and now that your swelling is resolving you can notice this now. Alternatively, it could be some scar tissue. I woiuld consult with your surgeon. If it's scar tissue, it'll be simple enough to throw in a quick injection in the office, but if it's the hump, you will need to decide if you want to do a revision.
