Is it possible to drop the central and inner eyebrows only (not the lateral part) in order to create a more masculine looking brow using Botox? Would going from an eyebrow tilt in picture one to something resembling picture two be possible?

Answer: Lower Eyebrows with Botox Hi there! Botox can be used to flatten an accentuated brow. Starting toward the lateral side would be a safe point. The problem with going toward the middle is migration of the Botox which could cause ptosis. Although recovery is expected and the outcome is rare, eyelid drooping can be very bothersome. I would start with a small number of units staying safe and adjust from there. Hope that is useful to you!
