24, female, 5 ft, combination skin. I would like to keep a natural but smooth look. I noticed deep lines under my eyes, tear troughs are starting to show, nasolabial folds showing too, and one cheek is higher than the other. What fillers are best for this?
Answer: Facial Rejuv -- PRP, Laser (Fraxel/Halo/Co2/moxi), emeragecosmetics COSMELAN ENLIGHTEN/ EMERAGESKIN AERIFY you need to consult to go over all the options for contouring. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging. For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Consider fillers I encourage you to begin by meeting with an expert injector near you to discuss your concerns. In my practice I use several different fillers based on each patient and her/his needs. For under eye hollows Restylane gives nice results. I frequently combine that with Restylane Lyft for the cheeks to give a smooth transition to the facial contours.

Answer: An assessment is required! Given your age and that you are young, I would recommend having an assessment by a practitioner to assess your skin and face. It’s unlikely you would have lost volume requiring dermal fillers to correct but you may benefit from dermal fillers hydraboosters or Profhilo as well as a good skincare regime to meet your skin needs.

Answer: Fillers Under eye, cheek, and nasolabial fold filler. You can also get some botox to help prevent the formation of wrinkles. If you want to get a skin treatment you can also try Fraxel and Secret RF, which are great tools to maintain good skin texture.

Answer: Lines under the eyes The lines under your eyes is not tear troughs, the tear troughs is just under those lines. The lines are due to loose skin. Few times microneedling RF or PRP may help to thicken the skin in that area. Do not use fillers in those lines it will make your eyes look puffy and may worsen the look. The cheeks could be fixed with any of the thick fillers Radiese usually work well in the cheek areas. Your nasolabial folds are really not deep, if you fill them too much it may give a cat like appearance.
