Would you say I have a long midface and if so how can I fix it? (Photos)

A doctor had told me I had a long midface. I never considered this and upon more research I learned this is the less preferred type of face. What can I do to achieve a more short mid face? I am currently recovering from rhinoplasty which I know made my face look long. I am also getting chin and jaw filler in a month. Anything else that would help?
