Dr Zokaie has been the biggest help with my acne journey. I came to him after years of struggling with hormonal cystic acne and immediately he gave me hope that he could help with it. We decided to go down the route of roaccutane- I love how precise Dr Zokaie was with his calculations for the treatment- I knew exactly how much I’d be taking and he also made sure he tracked my progress in terms of skin confidence and kept on top of bloods etc. He is so kind and approachable and my only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner! I contacted Linia skin clinic hoping for a Roaccutane treatment after failing to get a hold on the NHS dermatology service (the waiting list for Roaccutane is unbelievably long). I only waited one week before the initial consultation and the beginning of my treatment .Since then it has been going extremely smoothly; the team and the doctor are extremely kind, professional and responsive. As I started my treatment during covid I had to get my blood test at the lab, which is easy as its an walk in clinic and I received the medication at home so it’s really efficient. The communication by phone or email is extremely good as well, it is very easy and fast to get to speak to someone. I’m in my fourth month of Roaccutane and I’m really happy with my skin as it has now cleared, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic for this treatment.

I have seen Dr. Zokaie a few times for issues with my tear troughs and he was fantastic! He talked me through the procedure online and then again on the day. He was very caring and knew I had a fear of needles but I didn’t feel a thing!
