Is it possible to use fillers in the forehead/hairline to lift the eyebrows?

Botox has cause a slight drop of my eyebrows, I have genetically low/hooded eyebrows - Can filler after like scaffolding and create a lifting effect of the forehead and therefore the eyebrow?
