I am African American and I have a wide undefined bridge and bulbous tip. Can I achieve this look?

As I am African American with deep ethnic features, I do not want a radical departure from my true identity. I have a wide nose bridge, bulbous tip and somewhat of a droopy alar. I only want a refined bridge, mostly from the frontal view. I do not wish to alter my tip nor reduce my alar but change the shape of the alar by slightly retracting them without the nostrils being prominent.
