Can I get this type of nose with ethnic rhinoplasty?

I would like a rhinoplasty to give me a nose as close as possible to Claudia Cardinale's nose? Is that possible/realistic with an ethnic rhinoplasty? I would like her exact nose.

When we refer to ethnic rhinoplasty, we are referring to a rhinoplasty that maintains certain features associated with a certain ethnicity. Your goals are not seeing an ethnic rhinoplasty but more of a caucasion nose. The skin of your nose appears very thick compared to Claudia's. It would require an in person examination to determine what is possible and what is not.

Your question implies that "ethnic rhinoplasty" is some kind of special operation that can achieve certain results.  It's not.  It's just marketing gimmickry.  "Ethnic" noses are made of the same cartilage and bone as "non-ethnic" noses.  Anyway, to transform your nose to Claudia Cardinale's nose is not possible.  You could certainly make changes to your nose to get closer to her nose.   You would have to build up your bridge and tip significantly.  You would also have to narrow your nostrils with incisions in the nostril/cheek crease.  You should go get a consult with computer morphing so you can have realistic expectations.
