Do skin tightening treatments (like Ultherapy or RFs) work better on less “fibrous” areas?

I read this somewhere and am wondering if, on me, because I have no cellulite (which is apparently “fibrous”) get a little laxity if treatments that aren’t usually too effective for thighs could work better...
