Pain in right breast shooting to under arm and to back, and painful to touch, is this capsular contracture or sign of infection?

I got silicone under muscle BA 6 months ago, and have had no complications so far. It has not been a week of experiencing a lot of pain in my right breast, shooting pain that shoots to my underarm and my back, still looks the same & nothing is visible but when I touch both to compare maybe it’s a tiny bit harder than the left one what can this pain be? Can it be an early sign of capsular contracture or possible infection? Have had this for a week and not getting better, thank you!
