Is it possible for me to have much smaller areolas? (Photo)

I have natural breast and I hate the large size of my areolas. Right now they measure almost 2.5 inches wide and I would prefer no more than an inch at the most. What procedure(s) would I need? and what would leave the smallest amount of scarring?
